I strive to ensure every order is packaged and shipped promptly. Due to my products being small batch and made to order, I do ask that you allow up to 7 business days for processing. This time frame does NOT include weekends or holidays.
Please note that there are still shipping delays due to COVID. Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout once it becomes available.
At Evasha Skin, I believe that transparency is key. That's why I want to let you know that I use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. I care about the environment just as much as I care about your skin. If you have any suggestions on how I can improve the packaging, please let me know. I am always open to feedback!
Return & Exchange Policy
At Evasha Skin, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products. However, due to the nature of my products, I am unable to offer refunds or returns.
ALL sales are final and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. If you receive a damaged product, I will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit. To request a replacement, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the product with a detailed description and image of the damage.
